Challenges Selling their condo at 1717 Ala Wai during a huge building assessment and major building renovations which severely depressed market values while trying to buy a house in the extremely expensive East Honolulu

Solution Sold them a property not yet on the market (501 Kuliouou) that was being built with a 3 bed/2 bath upstairs and a 2 bed/1 bath downstairs that they could rent out for income to help them qualify for this expensive property.
